Hold the Bread Please - A selection of cold meats, including black forest ham, salamis, roast beef, Cajun chicken and smoked turkey.

Bread Basket - A selection of Multi-Grain, rye and Italian breads.

Cheese, Cheese and more Cheese - Domestic and imported cheeses, served with a variety of crackers and crisps, garnished with cherry tomatoes.

The Vegetable Patch - An assortment of fresh vegetables, locally sourced whenever possible, with your choice of dip.

On the Vine - An enticing selection of seasonal fresh fruit, locally sourced whenever possible.

Soups And Salads

Springwater Salad - Our version of the traditional Greek salad with black olives and feta, tomatoes and cucumbers, lightly tossed with our house-made Vinaigrette.

Julienne Salad - Tossed greens and fresh vegetables topped with black forest ham, grilled chicken and cheddar cheese, lightly tossed with our house-made Vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad - Crisp Romain lettuce tossed with creamy Caesar dressing mixed with Parmesan shavings and freshly Grilled crispy bacon bits.

Potato Salad - Prepared simply with Yukon gold potatoes, carrot shavings, chopped celery, and green onions with mayo and eggs and our secret ingredient!

Spinach Salad - Spinach leaves tossed with mandarin orange sections and other in-season fruit in a sweet vinaigrette.

Pasta Salad - A variety of pasta noodles tossed with spring veggies and Springwater dressing.

Coleslaw - Your choice of creamy or vinaigrette

Garden Salad - Chock full of vegetables with your choice of dressing.
